Overview
Nexus Mutual has been actively underwriting risk and selling cover since 2019. However, we lack a comprehensive understand of who our members are, what their current needs are, and what their future needs may be. To improve the user experience for existing and future members, we need a team to conduct user research to provide the Foundation and DAO teams with the insight necessary to address the most common problems users face and build solutions that reduce friction within the Mutual’s core processes and products.
Scope of the Grant
We’re looking for a team to conduct user research, which should include interviews and surveys to understand what users like about our current offering, what they don’t like, what problems they have currently and what is preventing them from buying cover.
Desired Outcome
Research funded through this grant should increase the value of future actions and improvements. This research should allow the Foundation and DAO teams to allocate resources to the highest value solutions for our users. This research has the potential to directly lead to a 2x increase in cover sales in the next 12-months and is critical to long-term success.
Desired Qualifications
- An experienced team well versed in conducting user research within the web2 and/or web3 industry
Available Funding
- Up to $50,000, split into multiple deliverables based on the extent of the data collected, formatted and delivered.
