Overview
As the Mutual grows, we’ll need to onboard more developers and builders within the Foundation team and the Nexus Mutual ecosystem. There are many conferences and events centered around developers, where the Mutual could attract more engineering talent and onboard more developers to our team and ecosystem.
Scope of the Grant
We’re looking for an individual or small team to create or sponsor hackathons that bring together talented Solidity developers to solve problems, build new features, and find new ways to improve the Nexus Mutual protocol. These hackathons should act as a funnel for hiring or partnering on ecosystem projects.
Desired Outcome
If this grant is awarded and successful, these hackathons should reduce recruiter costs and attract talented developers who want to join the Foundation team or build new startups in the Nexus Mutual ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications
- An individual or small team with past experience planning/executing hackathon events
- Existing hackathons with very meaningful participation and highly experienced devs
- UTC0 -> UTC +3 time zones
